Frequently Asked Questions

How does the AI signal parser work?

Our AI uses natural language processing to understand trading signals in any format. It extracts symbol, direction (BUY/SELL), entry price, stop loss, and take profit levels from text messages, even if they're written conversationally.

Can I copy signals from private channels?

Yes! As long as you're a member of the private channel, you can add it to your account and start copying signals.

What's TSC Protector?

TSC Protector is our advanced risk management system available on Pro and Lifetime plans. It includes daily profit/loss limits, maximum trades per day, drawdown protection, and automatic trade suspension when limits are reached.

Can I use multiple MT4/MT5 accounts?

Yes! The Basic plan includes 1 account, Pro includes 3 accounts, and Lifetime includes unlimited accounts. Each account gets its own API key.

Is my Telegram account secure?

Absolutely. We use Telegram's official API with OAuth authentication. We never store your password, only session tokens which you can revoke at any time from your Telegram settings.

What happens if I exceed my channel limit?

We'll send you a notification before blocking any new channels. You can either remove some channels to stay within your limit or upgrade your plan to add more.
